How can I start a free trial?

You can install Coconut Grid from AppExchange. Click "Get It Now" on the listing page to install it in your Salesforce environment and start using it right away.

How long is the free trial?

The free trial is available for 30 days. After the trial period ends, you will no longer be able to use the product. You will not be charged automatically.

Are there any feature limits during the free trial?

No. During the free trial, you can use the same features as the paid version.

Licensing and Contracts
How do I apply for a contract?

Please use the Contact Sales or email our sales team at sales@coconutmatrix.com. Let us know the number of licenses you need and your preferred start date, and we will send you a quote and order form.

Is there a minimum contract term?

Contracts are generally annual contracts.

Is there a minimum number of users?

The minimum number of users is one.

Do you offer plans for larger organizations?

Yes. We offer plans for larger organizations based on usage scale. Please contact us for details.

How do I cancel my contract?

Please contact our support team at support@coconutmatrix.com before your contract renewal date. Your contract will end when the current contract term expires. Please note that fees for the contracted period are non-refundable.

Security and Permissions
Does Coconut Grid respect Salesforce object permissions and field-level security?

Yes. Coconut Grid fully respects standard Salesforce object permissions (CRUD) and field-level security (FLS). The data each user can view and edit is controlled by their Salesforce permissions, so users cannot access data they are not authorized to use.

Does Coconut Grid respect Salesforce sharing settings and sharing rules?

Yes. Records that each user can view and edit are controlled according to standard Salesforce sharing settings and sharing rules. Users cannot access records they are not authorized to use.

Is data stored outside Salesforce?

No. All data is stored in Salesforce and is not stored externally.

Is data sent to external servers?

No. Coconut Grid does not send data to external servers. Data is processed securely within Salesforce.
