Contract Process

Install the Package
You can install Coconut Grid from AppExchange and start using it.
For usage instructions, please refer to the Coconut Grid User Guide.

Submit Your Request
Please let us know your desired license count and planned start date via the Contact Sales or by emailing our sales team at sales@coconutmatrix.com.3
Receive a Quote and Order Form
Based on your request, we will send you a quote and an order form for the formal application.

Place Your Order
Please complete the required fields in the order form and submit your order.

License Activation
After confirming your order, we will activate your license.
Once the license is activated, we will send a notification email to your contact address.
Notes
- All prices shown are excluding tax. Consumption tax will be added separately.
- Contracts are annual contracts. No refunds are provided for cancellation during the contract term.
- Fees for contracts starting mid-month will be prorated.
- Payment is generally required in advance as a lump sum. Monthly payment is available only for contracts with 10 or more users.
- License count changes can be requested at contract renewal.
- Invoices will be sent by email by the day before the contract start date. Payment is due by the end of the month following the invoice month.
